CANCELLATION POLICY

*All new loc clients must schedule a consultation! *There is a 25% cancelation fee for any no-show or cancelation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment! *After 3 months, you will need crochet work, not a RETWIST. * After 6 months of no appointments scheduled you will be removed from the client list & will lose access to the website and will be considered a new client. *If you do not notify me 15 minutes before your appointment that you are going to be running late, there will be a $10 late fee. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I'm going to move your appointment!
