CANCELLATION POLICY

*All new loc clients must schedule a consultation! *There is a $20 cancelation fee for any no-show or last minute cancelation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment! *All deposits are due at the time of booking & please confirm your appointment before the day its set for! *After 3 months, most locs will need crochet work, not a RETWIST. * After 6 months of no scheduled appointments you will be removed from the client list and wil need to call the shop. You will lose access to the website and will be considered a new client.. *Please notify me at least 15 minutes before your appointment that you are going to be running late, there will be a $10 late fee after 10 min. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. *Please do not bring anyone to your appointment unless we have discussed it prior to you arrival.
